Any model, any provider

Access proprietary and open-source models across all regions and protocols. BYOK included.

tick icon

One API to run everything

Route STT, LLM, and TTS through a unified gateway with smart selection and enforced behavior.

Optional add-ons

Add-ons that scale with your workload

Keep the core simple. Add-ons extend capacity and guarantees when volume, risk, or regulation require more certainty. They don’t unlock features. They reinforce execution.

Reserved concurrency

Reserve call-handling capacity so peak traffic stays predictable. Usage billing stays the same.

Guaranteed execution

SLA-backed execution with defined failure handling, retries, and escalation paths.

Compliance guarantees

Stronger residency, retention, and deletion guarantees for regulated environments.

Enterprise integrations

Connect SLNG with CRM, CX, and internal systems for production workflows.

Advanced observability

Export logs, traces, and audits to your data stack for deeper monitoring and compliance.

Support and operations

Priority support, clear escalation, and operational guidance for mission-critical workloads.

Faqs

FAQs – How billing works.

How is SLNG priced?

SLNG uses usage-based pricing by default. You pay for the voice workloads you run, such as telephony minutes, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and model inference. Plans define scale, guarantees, control, and data ownership, not access to features.

What’s included in every SLNG plan?

Every plan includes access to the same Voice AI Cloud, with all supported models, regions, runtimes, and APIs. SLNG does not gate core capability by plan.

What’s the difference between Hobby, Pro, and Enterprise?

The difference is not capability. Plans vary by scale, execution guarantees, behaviour control, data ownership, integrations, and support.

How does usage-based billing work?

Usage is billed independently of your plan. You pay for actual voice usage, while plans and add-ons define concurrency, guarantees, and operational certainty.

How does concurrency pricing work?

Concurrency defines how many calls can run at the same time. Additional capacity can be reserved using add-ons, while usage billing stays the same.

Is SLNG suitable for regulated environments?

Yes. SLNG enforces region and country rules at runtime. Enterprise plans add residency, retention, auditability, and SLA-backed guarantees for regulated workloads.
